Biography

Donald H. (Don) Ryan, the principal of The Ryan Group, Inc., has extensive Human Resources management experience with leading Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York based organizations including National Westminster Bancorp, U.S. Trust Company of New York and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He has extensive background supporting the human resources needs of "front office" profit and administrative centers, "back office" operations, customer service call centers, and manufacturing organizations. His primary areas of expertise are executive recruitment, developing productive corporate cultures, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and change management. Prior to founding The Ryan Group, Don was the Human Resources Director for Pennsylvania based NatWest Services and served as one of the key managers who engineered the largest corporate relocation in the United States during 1994. Don has a Bachelor's Degree from Miami University (Ohio) and a M.B.A. from Seton Hall University. Don has served on the Executive Committee of The Greater Scranton Chamber Board of Directors, as Co-Chair of Skills in Scranton and as a member of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chamber Regional Partnership.
