We believe interviewing should have a "personal touch". Rarely will other recruiters spend the time to find out about your interests and needs. We believe in "face to face" interviews where we meet personally with candidates. While our initial contact with candidates is almost always on the phone, we conduct "in person" interviews (unless geographically impractical) with candidates before we mutually agree to submit their credentials to a client company.
