We find candidates who aren't accessible to you through ads or traditional recruitment sources. Traditional recruitment sources such as newspaper ads typically don't attract successful, employed candidates. The Ryan Group understands that you are hiring us to find and recruit candidates that you can't typically find yourself. Therefore, we work with you to define the "selling" points about your open position and we use that information to carefully identify and source candidates that meet your specifications.

We provide you with better quality candidate information. Both of The Ryan Group Principals typically interview each prospective candidate "in person". Through experience, we have found that we can evaluate "candidate fit" more thoroughly by this process. Additionally, because we believe that a resume only tells part of the story, we always provide client companies with a supplemental narrative based on our candidate interview. Our write up will highlight the individual's strengths, weaknesses, personal characteristics and motivations.
