Position Summary: Outstanding
position for an experienced B2B Sales Manager who wants to work in a
successful, stable company with a progressive work environment.
The Sales Manager is responsible for: ·
Leading
and developing a large B2B sales staff.

Recruiting
and training new salespersons. ·
Leading
the development of a structured sales process that supports company goals.

Establishing
and monitoring individual and departmental sales goals. ·
Working
closely with senior management and the Product Managers to identify new
prospects and product opportunities. · Functioning as a key member of the management team. The
