Position Title: Executive Director,
Lackawanna Bar Association, Scranton, PA
Position Summary: The Lackawanna Bar Association is seeking an
Executive Director. This
challenging position is responsible for designing, leading and
implementing programs and services that provide educational, community
service, social and philanthropic opportunities for the
Lackawanna
County
legal community. Reporting
directly to the Lackawanna Bar Association Board of Directors, this full
time position is responsible for managing all Bar Association services,
events, educational programs, and publications. The
person will help develop and grow the newly formed Lackawanna Bar
Association Foundation. The
individual will direct a small staff and work in close support with all
Bar Association committees, groups and volunteers.
The person will be responsible for budget, facilities and vendor

The ideal candidate has all or most of these qualifications:
- 5+
years experience as the primary manager of an organization or
department.
- Staff
management experience.

skills.
- Leadership

Position Summary: Divisional controller for a
growing division of a large manufacturing and distribution
company. Reporting within the Finance Department but working
hand in hand with the divisional business leaders, this person is the

Position Summary: Credit Analyst position with a commercial bank located
in Northeastern PA (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area).
This position is responsible for financial analysis of
prospective commercial customers including financial
statement analysis, collateral analysis, credit history
analysis. The person will prepare credit
documentation required to obtain credit approval.
